This is such a great summation of everything wrong with the Lord character of the bible.
Humans aren’t perfect, but nor do we pretend to be. We’re petty, irrational, we had to actually invent an entire thing called “science” to help filter out our preferences from reality.
Despite having 6000, 13 billion or infinity years head-start, the Lord character of the bible still doesn’t exceed the worst, stupidest traits of humanity.

Believers like to insist that everything needs a creator, but then refuse to hold that creator responsible for the functioning of that creation.
This is like saying that your watch can’t exist without someone making it, but when it doesn’t work, it has nothing to do with the craftsmanship of the watchmaker; that it’s your fault and you have to fix it yourself, because the watchmaker will punish you for the non-functioning watch.
If this sounds insane and immoral, it’s because it is.
Xtians worship the book’s antagonist.
