I have been meaning to post this for forever

Day 8: festival

So I fucking went insane.

I made breeder outfits for Emmet and Drayden because I was trying to think of festivals in the US and I know that really we like to have more county fairs than festivals. Soooo I like to think that Emmet participates in the fairs as a breeder! Has a blue ribbon Galvantula and joltiks, has a stall for selling his joltik, etc etc. Emmet is actually a very prominent figure in Breeder circles, especially in bug breeding. He’s an advocate for information about proper bug care and destigmatization.

then the thought came that Drayden breeds axews and introduced Emmet to breeding in the first place. He goes with Emmet to fairs for his own competitions and needs but also as bonding time with his nephew(or son whichever).

Ingo knows none of this and thinks that breeding is just a weird hobby Emmet picked up.

So have my Pokémon breeders Emmet and Drayden designs, and three drawings of Emmet and Drayden going through the stalls together, Emmet watching competitive mareep sheering, and Emmet getting a blue ribbon for his joltik!

Still thinking a lot about how the double amnesia twins would act, and even if they don’t “know” each other, they definitely notice things that are “wrong” about the other In Emmet’s case, he cannot stand that Ingo slouches like an old man.
