I redeisnged one of my first ever gem oc designs, Dioptase, so I can use them in Moss’ back story comic. They’re a commodore in the Homeworld fleet. They’re rather cold and distant, being a strategist and a thinker rather than fighting much themself. Their weapon is more defensive than offensive; a series of rings (like planetary rings) that are deadly sharp and seemingly made of light, that spin around their body.

They are very tall and move quietly, owing to the lower part of their legs being unnattached from their body. Their gem is located on the lower back.

MERLINITE - she is aligned with the crystal gems, and does not have much in the way of hand to hand combat abilities. Her weapon is a staff, with which she can create hallucinations in her enemies to distract them. Her gem is located on her right hip.
