After the whole Kon and Bart coming back from the dead thing, the Core Four glue themselves to each other. Bruce says "No methas in Gotham" and they move to the Titans Tower in protest, no contact. Batman has to fcking gravel to get Tim back. Dick throws a temper tantrum when Bruce eventually lets Kon, Bart and Cassie crash in Gotham because he never let Wally sleep over when Dick was younger.
It takes Bruce an entire week to realize they are not leaving. They are his children now by association. Clark wants to have words with him.
One time, Red Hood launched a surprise "friendly" attack on Red Robin, and the Core Four have never forgiven him for it.

According to secret origins 80 page giant #1, which is from 1998 and takes place between issues 3 and 4 of Young Justice:
Bart is physically 15:
Kon is physically 16:
And Tim is 14 (Though nearly 15):
This means that while technically Tim is the oldest chronologically, he is physically the youngest and thus the baby of the core four and this is so fucking funny to me to think about.
Tim, growing up to be 17 while Kon is still physically 16 and Bart doesn't look like he aged anywhere past 15: How does it feel :) to be the baby now :)
