the way people constantly downplay how genuinely exceptional yuzuru is,,,, it's baffling because tbh even if he makes serious errors and his PCS gets capped, he should still have a substantial GOE gap going for him. like, please tell me which other top male skater deserves to regularly get +4s and +5s on their jumps regardless of if it's a 3A or 4S or 4Teu3S, i'll wait. jason has a flutz and no quad, yuma doesnt have a good lutz or flip takeoff, misha has a flipe, boyang telegraphs, and as for shoma, nathan, and junhwan,,, well, they're shoma, nathan, and junhwan (sorry jun, still love your skating), etc etc
