This is like textbook racism. I've known a million girls like Meenah and they were all the most feminine girls I've ever met, they just didn't perform femininity in the same way as their white peers.

We cannot be judging whether or not someone is femme/butch purely on the basis of white femininity. Meenah is easily one of the most feminine characters in the comic. She's up there with Roxy. She's just mean and wears pants and is Black.
