The stuff about how Caitlyn isn’t forced to sit and deal with her grief like Vi has had to do, like Zaunites have to do because they’re powerless, because the social structure of Piltover is set up in such a way as to hand Caitlyn all the power and privilege she could possibly ever want and encourage her to become the worst version of herself ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

That was about the only part I listened to, and it was so great. Love that they included the societal difference between the cities that affect the characters. A lot of good analysis fail to take that into account.

He also makes a great point about how, yes it was such a great thing the Kirammans did to create a ventilation system for the Grey except….why are the smog producing factories underground in the first place? Ahh because of course Piltover wouldn’t want to build those in their neighborhood….

i have a question are we supposed to understand isha as being preverbal or as nonverbal? because my assumption was that she was nonverbal or possibly mute for reasons to do with either being orphaned quite young and therefore never getting the right amount of linguistic exposure as a little little kid or because of some heretofore unmentioned injury, not because she just hadn't learned to talk yet

I assumed she was mute, but I could definitely see her maybe just having delayed linguistic development. She’s definitely at an age where most kids would be able to speak. Maybe she’s just very shy but I think there’s more to it than that.

How cute would it be if she said her first words to Jinx.

Saw someone suggest that she’s deaf-mute. And thinking about it, yeah she doesn’t seem to understand Jinx when she’s talking to her, and only seems to pick up on visual cues.
