Anyanka finds Amanda, angry after being passed up for her dream job at Mode and used by Daniel Meade too many times, in dire need of vengeance. In trying to get the receptionist to wish for anything fun, Anya inadvertently befriends Amanda.
A botched alternate universe and a musical number later, the two women take the fashion magazine and occult retail worlds by storm with great amounts of finesse, class, and charm.

God help her if anyone from Mode finds out she's been living in a town where the people wear flats every day, but she isn't opposed to staying when she finds Leslie Knope's candy stash, Ron's ability to sniff out a burger within a 5 mile radius, and her desire to prove that Jerry Gergich is Betty Suarez's long-lost twin.
