and yes she was still the mayor during Bill Child's life, as she was just elected after he was born. There was a rumor back then, saying that Bill "condition" would cause her to lose her job, but she is still the mayor even after all the years.

1. How is bill viewed by the other people in his dimension?
2. How would the plot progress as it does in the show? like, do Bill and Ford still have their fallout or does something else get in the way?
3. Is his first appearance with the twins different than in the show?

If bill said Euclydia as 14 billion gender, that mean that the role of both dad and mom is either unrelevant or the parent choose who is who with no care for their gender at all
By this logic, Bill calling Euclid dad in my AU would be ok because they don't care about who is who in terms of fender role (its almost 3 am and my brain is saying nonsense)

she knows...kinda Bill told her and Euclid that he wanted to make a world for people like him, born differently, and didn't specify that he was going to destroy another world to do it.
well, at least that's what he told them and what used to be his plan the first time before the portal and Ford. Over the years of failure and with the support from his moms (and maybe because of the vision he as of others' version of him came into play in this), he kinda realized that maybe turning other dimensions into a playground for freaks would bring a bad reputation of others like him. As if they didn't already have one in the first place.
now he doesn't know what he's going to do once he as access to Earth. should he do a weirdmageddon or should he actually make a place for lost freaks like him?

You know, looking at this Euclidean Found AU got me thinking some ideas. Wanna rune some by you to see if any are what you planned.
Instead of Bill being the villainous antagonist, it would probably be some ruler from the place trying to steal what Bill and Stanford are making.
The henchmaniacs, as we know in the show, have not yet met Bill, and it's instead a combination of Stanford's and Bill's research that causes them to come in contact.
The reasons that Bill was betrayed by his previous collaborators were the following: The shaman sensed the portal could unleash something reality couldn't handle and wanted to warn Bill about it, the Pharaoh felt challenged by Bill and his knowledge and tried to undermine him and his research, the mage just wanted to keep him as a pet to impress their love interest, and the anti-bill guy just became too paranoid about Bill and didn't belive the motive that he was trying to create a traversable portal to link the 2nd and 3rd dimensions together.
let me respond to each of them for this one 1. Bill is not the ruler of Euclydia in this AU, that role belongs to Euclid. However, Bill is considered a "weird hero" by the people there due to the fact he can see the third dimension and later on gain his demon power, which he uses to help the people of Euclydia sometimes (in his own twisted way of course)
2. Bill already knows and is his friend with the henchmaniacs before he meets Ford. They sometimes go out to cause trouble in other dimensions and the rest is practically the same as he told it in the book (except sometimes they get some road trip lunch from Bill's mom and they are grateful for her kindness with them) 3.I don't have Bill's book yet, but I did read some of these pages about them, and it's practically the same in this AU, except Bill never told his parents the real reason why they left. He only says something like: "They stop working with me one day for no reason, and that it," not elaborating any further.
