Hmmm Ominous...
Getting a little abstract down here...
I want to give a big shoutout to the girls...
Our sneaky...
Creepy girls...
They really took the stealth enemy concept and ran with it in the remake, even as an SH vet the leggies got me good a few times, really ups the anti-on the paranoia that no dark corner is safe.
Clever girl.
There was a wHOLE Pizza here.
It's gone now.
Bloober having precisely zero chill when it comes to these Easter eggs...
As a diehard SH fan, I was always of the opinion that the original SH2 remained a solid game, all it needed was a little face lift (especially in the environment department) whatever my final opinion of the remake will be, no one can deny that the game is beautiful.
Foreshadowing done right.
I haven't even finished the remake yet and the amount of nods and Easter eggs, you can tell Bloober has a real affection for the original games... Douglas old boy... we miss you.
"Th-This is my Remake... It was made for me!"
We are temporarily a Silent Hill superfan account again.
I see what you did there Bloober.
My socials and blogs have largely fallen silent this year, this is because I am embarking on a journey of magic and discovery as I lean into the digital realm at last. I feel like I'm relearning everything from the start again, slowly growing in confidence.
Resident Evil 3 Nemesis was released a terrifying 24 years ago today. It still my favourite of the classic PS1 trilogy.
Happy Anniversary!
Now it's the 25th Anniversary, sweet holy Christmas does the time fly.
25 years since we helped best girl Jill Valentine on her Last Escape.
It has not been the best few months I have to admit, mentally, physically and existentially the world is attempting to grind me down in to a fine powder... But something has been getting me through the weeks and months, something wonderful, something transcendental... something with pointy ears.
I love drawing elves, though my personal preference is for more fae & enigmatic beings, I also enjoy silly high fantasy elves too (they feature in my collaborations with @ratheranimated)
I very much enjoyed reading Dungeon Meshi for this reason among others but never imagined it would be animated, truly 2024 is the year of the elf!
