I just don’t see any romance in that second list,
imo Emma tells Hook "it's not a contest", not just because she doesn't want to deal with her emotions right now, but because she knows her feelings will never change towards Neal.
But she is also focused on finding Henry so this is why she will most likely admit her feelings when they're back in Storybrooke.
