So I got this ask
FIRST OF ALL, the concerns are valid, I would hate to see sensitive topics being seen only as a comedy.
SECOND OF ALL, You said you skimmed through a few of my content, so I'm not sure if you looked deep enough to find the many angst and hurt I made over this little man.
I never ignore the serious parts of his struggles. There are many content (art and written stuff from ask blog) where he is very affected by Home's abuse. Like Gameshow Wally hates being touch, because normally, the people who does it only wants to hurt him, Home or the contestants. Then Wally also struggles with paranoia, with Home watching him all the time, I had Barnaby comfort him for that too. Also, THEN this man is always on thin ice from being forced to act all the time so there's a lot of repressed emotions.
I trust that I wasn't being insensitive to these topics because a lot of the reactions I get are cries and wanting to hug Wally. So I'm assuming I did great :D
Anyways, I'll drop a compilation of Gameshow Wally struggling. It might not be much but it shows his struggles aren't ignored, he is heavily affected from the abuse he went through.
Do your research before being all holier than thou anon.

Happiness can be achieved but it is difficult for humans to have a grasp on it since as humans, we are never satisfied. We will have never-ending wants and needs, if one is achieved there will be another one. And another one. Until our final breath and we'll still have wants. And with those unfulfilled wants, there will be regrets. It is hard to have a life without wants and regrets but a lot of us tried to fulfil it anyway.

This is the only refs I made for the characters:
Inspired by The Show That Goes Wrong this AU is about a theatre company with big dreams but terrible outputs. Just for content reason, they are all terrible people. Like genuinely, they are all egotistical and even fight each other a lot (it's normal) but in the end, they all love each other and have a close bond to this group they have formed found family core
Unfortunately, I wasn't a theatre kid so my knowledge for this AU isn't going to be accurate.
But I had @rae-ven13 to help me out with it and I made her co-writer for this forgotten AU
