🕊 I was baptized/confirmed Methodist as a kid, then went to an Episcopal school for seven years. I left the church after bad experiences there, Went Through It, and eventually was gently led back to Christianity. Right now I'm visiting different churches with different denominations.
🕊 I try to be open to people with different beliefs than me as long as they don't dehumanize other people or make me feel unsafe. Sometimes I reblog appreciative stuff about non-Christian religions because there is beauty and knowledge to be found there.
🕊On the flip side, I also speak out every now and then against cults (christian and non-christian), as well as the toxicity that I experienced first hand in new age circles before I came back to Christ.
