My guess would be that they know next to nothing before they received the first scripts. For example, Melissa didn’t know Carol was the muderer until she received the script where Carol confesses.
yes that’s right. i was just wondering because the way lennie and melissa are talking about their characters makes it seem like they know some stuff we’ll see.

Yeah it’s not her. Miiiiiight mean some good news for the Caryl crowd, but even so, I wouldn’t hold my breath.
I wouldn’t get my hopes too high with this show ;) but it would be really nice to get some resolution to their scenes in 5a.

I’ll need the context, but as written in the spoilers I don’t really see how his behavior makes sense.
I think main reason is that Gabriel still has a very different world view from the group he has been traveling with. He has been by himself for a long time and then he meets these people who terrify him, they slaughtered people in his church. Of course I think Gareth and co got what they deserved but Rick and co were the first people Gabriel came into contact with. Personally I just understand that when he sees Alexandria and the people who are still so normal, like how he imagined people to be. He falls into the trap of believing this world instead of seeing what makes them weak. And he wants to protect this instead of watching them become like our group. I’m not saying that he’s right to do or think so, but I can understand this behaviour. He still has to learn a lot but personally I think if the writers give him time to do so he could become a valuable member of the group one day.

ah yes this is a sweet message for the twd fandom

I don’t think anyone who still wants to play that petty tug-of-war is going to understand that, sadly. We have so much to enjoy. We should just go have the fun we could be having rather than make everyone miserable.
YES! it's something to celebrate and people are turning it into a fight. it's very sad. i hope melissa doesn't see any of this.

Pete’s the surgeon, isn’t that what Aaron said?
yes that's right! it's what makes this situation complicated ;)
What You Get:
One copy of Down in the Willow Garden, hand-bound by me. 500 pages long, fully illustrated. Autographed by Norman Reedus, Melissa McBride, and (if anyone cares!) myself.
How You Get It:
- Reblog this post before 11/20/14 at midight, EST. Multiple reblogs ARE allowed.
- You must be following me at the time of the drawing. I want someone to have this who appreciates the story—not just the signatures.
- You must be willing to provide a valid mailing address. International addresses are fine with me!
- You must have the “ask” feature available for me to contact you. I will select the winner by random number generator. If that person does not provide a valid address in five days (by 11/25/14 at midnight EST), I will select another winner in their place.
Signal boosts from staff-run (as opposed to personal) Caryl/TWD/Reedus/McBride fan blogs would be appreciated. Don’t worry—I can remove those reblogs from the drawing to prevent a skewed result.
Good luck!!!!!

Block, my friend. Blacklist. Do it on a first strike, and do it without mercy. Such is the path to a calm and peaceful dash.
i already have a really long ignore and blacklist but i still come across the fights sometimes :(
i wish we could get a conversation between both characters early on in the new season so everyone can see that they don't hate each other.

perhaps think of it as a signature? You could even write it by hand and put it on. I’ve found I can do it clearly but unobtrusively when I set the opacity fairly low.
i may try this when i notice that the reposts are getting more frequent. i usually don't care so much because i see reposts of so many edits all the time; there are a lot of reposts of stills in the tags. especially from blogs like the-walking-dead-amc or the-walking-dead-art and they do/did use watermarks.
it's just that this post was special to me so it really annoyed me.
but thanks so much for the advice! i'll keep it in mind! :)

Do you use watermarks? Once I started using prominent watermarks reposts of my work nearly vanished.
i used to.. but it didn't really stop them to repost it and i didn't like how it looked :/
Fun!

praxid replied to your post:two things I would love to see on TWD: Beth...
I really don’t feel Andrea was right in what she did with Beth, or even that she helped her. But I do think it would be important to show how this affected Beth. We don’t know her well, and this is a major moment in her life. We should know more.
Personally I feel like she helped her a lot. Contrary to Maggie's behavior. Yelling at her and calling her crazy or stupid won't help at all. I like how Lori tried to help her but (this is my personal opinion, i'm sure other people feel differently about this) talking about that everything is going to be okay won't help too much when you're in this situation. I feel like Beth needed to figure it out on her own. It won't help if people are always sitting around her and taking the things away which she could use to do something worse. In the end Lori also said that "She wants to live and now she knows it... And sometimes you have to cross the line."
I do think it helped her. It wasn't the best way to do it. But personally I can't stand it when people say Andrea didn't care about Beth.
Andrea, Lori, Maggie- they all tried to help her get through this the way they thought it would be right, but Beth needed to figure it out on her own and Andrea who has struggled with this herself knew this.
I wish we would get more about this from Beth. How she feels about this experience now. But instead the writers chose to let Daryl yell at her how this was all about attention. He was cruel and gross towards her in this scene and I don't think that this is something you can forgive easily. He should have apologized; and then it could have been the moment when Beth talked about it.
