This petition is intended to raise signatures to bring awareness to our president José Mujica and all the population in my country. 

Sadly where I live, there’s no real protection for animals. Laws here are very old for most things and it’s a hard process to change them. We’re finally getting some good changes since presidency changed to the opposition 2 periods ago I’m sure you heard about Uruguay and it’s president José Mujica but it still needs more. This is really important.

Often I see realities noone wants to see about the animals surrounding us. People mistreating them in all ways possible, chained dogs under the sun, kids slingshoting birds and cats, underweight animals, beaten horses, starved animals, lost pets because of human negligence, I’ve seen it all, I’m sure many of you have wherever you live, it’s a reality.

The belief that animals are less than humans and they should be beaten and kill them just for amusement, is disgusting. Since some people can’t control themselves we need laws to control and punish this kind of brutality.

Please help my country by signing. This would be just a start, but we gotta do something.

Anyone can sign from anywhere, help make noise this time, for the animals surronding me!

Long story short: I’m fucking fuming and Running Bear needs multiple doctors visits and is seeing a neurologist tomorrow and people involved cannot pay for his extensive medical help that he should be receiving

Some fuckwit dickmuffins that had BB guns decided to shoot at this adorable ball of love and put two bullets in his spine. Like, right in it. He has severe nerve damage not to mention a broken foot from where he fell off the tall fucking fence. [these men live in Garden Grove, CA - watch out for your small animals] 

These same idiots shot at my grandmother’s cat, Leo, leaving him with one eye. Not blind in one eye and one working eye, they actually had to remove one eye because it was so damaged and weren’t able to get the bullet out. That happened a couple years ago. Now this.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW FUCKING JACKED UP THESE MEN ARE. THEY DESERVE MY FABULOUS FOOT UP THEIR SORRY ASSES I S2G I’M ABOUT TO GO ON A RAMPAGE

The medical bills are /super expensive/ and my aunt can’t afford them, not to mention she’s out of the country and we’re taking care of Running Bear for now and we can’t barely afford my medication, not to mention his medical care. He’s snuggled up in my bed right now, doped up and wearing his lil purple cast. Look at this little shit

Guys if we can get him proper help I’ll also post his rehabilitation and healing pictures and hopefully he’ll be able to run again, or at least walk right. His front right paw and back left can barely hold weight but maybe with the right doctors, I can show you guys how adorable he is once he returns to his former glory 

Have the same kind of people in this neighborhood. You'd think the collar would be a deterrent. You need to find out who they are and charge them with animal cruelty and make them pay for your poor little bundle of fluff's bills.
