X Drake prefers hunting because then he's braced for it - if you ask for a lighter chase he'll be fighting the desire to just hunt you down the entire time. Man ends up conflicted.

Doflamingo is actually hunting you, but he will not shut up about how it's just a chase, it's just a light-hearted thing, it's nothing so scary as a hunt - how can it be a hunt when you're already caught in his web?

Crocodile isn't against it either, though he does rather prefer to hold your hands down. (Sabo and Marco fall into this category too).

Kid's not against holding hands, but he prefers to see your fingers flexing against the ropes while you're losing your mind.

Sanji definitely likes to hold hands, and I think Zoro's for it, but he'll move his hands away from yours when he's close, cause he doesn't want to flex his hand in the moment and accidentally bruise you (or worse, that beast).

Doffy enjoys it, but only as something he imposes on his partner - there's not really any softness in it.

Law doesn't by default, but you can get him to do so easily. I think he's very tactile, and once you open those gates he's into it.

Okay, a little context:

I want to write a soul mate AU specifically where the Reader has the unique (and terrible) ability to touch people and know about their soul mate. A world-famous match maker, they eventually retire and attempt to disappear into the faceless crowds to just live a life alone for reasons. (they're a very grumpy/sour reader archetype.)

I have the world building done solid, and the story of the reader as well.

I cannot decide on who the love interest should be, and depending on who that is changes a LOT of story details.

So I cannot outline until I decide.

I love the fact that they're looking out for you. Like, they've had practice with their captain, who tends to hyperfocus as well, lost in his multi-layered schemes and plans, so they're ready for you! And you're not nearly as grumpy or snappy as Law can get, so it's certainly easier for them.

And Law's woes grow xD (I kid, I kid), but also - yes Shachi and Penguin are very easy to end up in a poly-relationship with. They're similar while being different enough - I think anyway. I know there's not a TON on them canonically, but I love seeing everyone's head canons about them (I have my own, of course, and I'm sure they'll change and develop over time.)

(Kid and Killer are easy to do the poly thing with too, and probably for similar reasons honestly >.> )

After Hours Role: Stage Staff

After Hours Attire: Most stage hands wear all black to help keep them in the background, and Penguin is no exception. (No hat and wearing black gloves and… and I need a minute picturing him like that.)

After Hours Vibe: Laid back and jovial for the most part. Penguin does his work to the best of his ability, but he doesn’t do escort work, and there’s enough bouncers on the night staff. He’s been working on some routines to eventually start dancing, since a lot of the dancers will do stagehand work when they’re not doing anything else.
