I think Steven would kill him but like. on accident. He’s not very used to fighting enemies that can’t recover from almost any wound. After, he would be left with the moral dilemma of whether he should bring him back to life though.

The Trevor Project’s support of LGBTQ young people has always meant so much to me. I hope you’ll join me in supporting Trevor’s mission in two ways:

can you imagine how thrilled steven was when he was flipping through his idea book to find a justice of the peace in beach city but then pearl pointed out that the rupphire marriage doesn’t need some human paper of authenticity and then ruby and sapphire asked steven to officiate their wedding. the biggest starry eyes that kid’s ever had right there.

Doing my rewatch and holy shit holy shit does “The Test” hit hard now. It’s the first time Steven deliberately dismisses his own feelings and needs for the sake of the gems. It’s the first time they don’t realize it. And just knowing where it’s all going to lead, I just…

How this ep is the turning point not just in the trajectory of the show but in Steven’s development is even more pronounced post-SU: Future.

And then the very next ep is “Future Vision”
