New Japan introduced a new “IWGP Conception” centered on partnering with various wrestling promotions around the world including ROH, Global Force Wrestling, the NWA organization in North America, CMLL in Mexico, Revolution Pro in the U.K., and WXW in Germany. New Japan also identified Thailand, Singapore, and Taiwan as countries they plan to tour in their home region which they have toured recently.
Also during the G1 Climax press conference, New Japan noted they are working on a Young Lions program that will be similar to that of NXT. There were incorrect translations out there saying that it was a working relationship with WWE but that has since been corrected.
New Japan also announced plans to take the company public with a listing on the stock market.
