Since we didn't get to see this on screen, here's Teyla teaching Elizabeth how to defend herself. I consider this basically canon since Torri said that she and Rachel went to the writers to let them explore their relationship more and that it would have made sense that Elizabeth asked Teyla to teach her some self-defense to not waste resources on her protection during attacks.

I've worked on this for over a week after nto doing any digital art in years. Tbh I don't think I've ever done proper digital art in colour that were not just sketches?
