So the story goes is that I designed this beautiful stunning on-model picture of the Zim cast for a tshirt contest back in like, 2012. It was awesome, I made "vote for me!" graphics and everything. But I lost, and the first place winner was a Gir (of course) posed like Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man and I think it was sold in Hot Topic for a hot minute after that. Anyhow, years later I put my design up on Etsy and one of the judges of the contest sees it, buys it, and leaves a really nice review saying he remembered my design and was glad to support the artist directly. So even though I lost, I still made an impression on at least one person out there and I think that's what art is all about Charlie Brown.
