For the anonymous prompt: Fem!Kylo domming either Rey or Hux. This... is not that, sorry. After Rey called Kylo master once, I kind of got carried away. 

“Tell me Fuka-chan, how did it feel making me love you and then leaving me behind?”

She tilts her head, yawns. Drops her head back to his chest, muffling her belated reply as she traces foreign shapes onto the skin of his naked abdomen. “Like tearing apart a puzzle before someone holding the last piece finishes it.”

“Then we're not so different after all, dear.”

Metathesis - unfinished kylux crack treated seriously about jupiter ascending and star wars existing in the same universe for @every-day-is-star-wars-day as a birthday present. i feel terrible because this is currently unfinished. 3k.  Overwatch (Moicy)

For the Souls I’ve Left to Die - moira o’deorain is the best thing that has happened to overwatch I s2g. here’s more of her being sassy with angela in the lab again. 2k.

i had like three alternate endings i scrapped because they were too dark for it being a gift. but sometimes i still think about them, still think of conspiracy plots leading to murder, of petty teenage angst and eldritch abominations living under the 405 ready to throw us into perpetual winter and devour us all.

oh wait, sorry. none of those were the actual end ^.^;

Alex makes a humming noise, eyes still closed. “Well fuck that shit, man. What if I could find you a much more awesome Killcore team? Would he still be able to touch you?”

 “I mean— in theory if we won bloodmatch?— No,” Ryland replies between shoving another bite of moo shu pork in his mouth and a sip of beer. “But you don’t know a goddamn thing about Killcore. You asked me what a MOBA was earlier. Nice try, man.”

Writing Process

my girl @orange-lightsaber tagged me to talk about my writing process. not sure what insights this will give as i am the worst, most undisciplined writer ever. haha.

Is there a snack you like to eat while writing? i generally write in the deadass middle of the night, so its usually wine/alcohol and cigarettes if i get really stressed.

what time of day do you usually write? once upon a time it was all day, little post-it notes strewn about work i’d round up and collect at the end of the day, half-formulated scenes and ideas as fragments i’d text or email to myself. now i normally write at night.

where do you write? i usually lay on the ground on my stomach if i’m on my laptop. weird, right?

how often do you write a new novel fic? when inspiration strikes. i’m not a fan of posting unfinished work i don’t know the endgame of, so just know for every posted fic i probably have two WIPs rotting in my google docs no one will ever see.

do you listen to music while you write? if i have a song in mind beforehand i’ll listen to it on repeat while writing to try and encapsulate the feeling it gave me. otherwise i generally don’t.

what’s your writing utensil? Paper or laptop? mostly laptops. i do a lot of my editing on the phone though.

do you have a special pre-writing ritual? i talk to @every-day-is-star-wars-day a lot before writing! sometimes we go over dialogue, sometimes we just shoot the shit about what we are writing, sometimes she straight up drop kicks my muse.

what do you do to get into the writing mood? i talk to my friends! my chat group is the best writing community and the biggest source of inspiration as far as writing goes. i’m not in this to be an author or gain notoriety, i write because of them :)

what do you always have near the place you write? my phone. alcohol. a pillow because my laptop overheats and burns my leg.

do you have a reward system for word counts? not in a traditional sense. we do word wars (timed writing exercises) in chat, but i learned from a good friend that less is ALWAYS more. so once i get to the editing stage i usually chop away a good 10% of a fic.

is there anything else about your writing process your readers don’t know? i’ve all but forgotten my english classes and rarely use a beta so sometimes simple mistakes slip through the cracks of my editing process. i revise even after i have posted until i literally throw my hands up and never want to read things i’ve written again. i’ve been writing fanfic off and on for 15 years and i still get nervous posting things even though i know my writing has greatly improved since starting.
