based on “modern Madonna and Child” by Leyendecker 

every time i draw kurt i draw him a little more monstrous. well, maybe not every time, but i’m going in a direction i like with him looking a bit wilder and more demonic. also a bit more dinged-up from years of irresponsible circus-ing and superhero-ing. here he is being flashy, because no matter how monstrous the appearance, the whole bravado’s just an act. he’s just dramatic.

also, technically a re-draw. i think i’ve got art-block.
