Throwback Thursday: It was 5 years ago when we were celebrating award season for The Shape Of Water, and I got to live my dream of being in an old musical dance number (dressed as an Amphibian Man, of course) with the amazing Sally Hawkins.

this is so brilliant but how many times did they just crash and send each other ass over teakettle during rehearsal

The piece is “The Mistake Waltz” from Jerome Robbins’ The Concert, which is a comedic short ballet you can watch performed by the Paris Opera Ballet here :)

This is so empowering to see proving that despite how hard the churches and Canadian government tried. They failed to "kill the Indian in the child" and that we will continue to flourish in our beautiful culture ✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽 and we will never give up

It is so emotionally conflicting that robots like this are what we all dreamed of as kids but now that they’re happening we have to talk about how they’re mainly going to be used to invade people’s privacy and enforce government rules. Even more, they utilized Cab Calloway (the band leader) and used the same rotoscoped piece of him dancing in almost 20 of their shorts!
