Shortly after I wrote my mini essay on Rodimus, I received this very interesting question. I wanted to keep the answer short but the more and more I thought about it, the more I realized I had to explain a lot of things in order to get what I meant across. so this is probably going to be a bit long. Again.

I’m gonna try to explain why I think IDW Optimus has an interesting storyline, what I think about character incarnations and how he compares to another very violent version of him, Bayverse OP. I will try to explain it in a way that people who haven’t read the comics/aren’t up to date can understand what I’m talking about.

I DID A ART! I don’t do much drawing these days, but this was a gift for dumpylittlerobot, who was super nice to me at Christmas - I wanted to do something for her and I remembered Ratchet was her favourite character, so I drew her ALL the Ratchets.
