This mornings fuel. 🥝🍃Now beach. 🙌🏻☀ Here's the recipe for this Tropical Spirulina Smoothie 🍍 (all frozen ingredients I buy fresh and then freeze them) * 10 ounces unsweetened almond milk * 1/2 frozen banana * 4 small chunks frozen pineapple * 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt * 1/2 teespoon vanilla * 1/2 scoop vegan protein (I use @naturadelife vanilla pea protein) * 1 teaspoon Spirulina powder * topped with chia seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, and kiwis. I hate using yoga towels.. in fact I've never owned one because I find them to be such an immense distraction during practice. With this cork mat, you don't need one! But you have to be sweaty for you to stick to it. So I recommend it for powerful vinyasa or ashtanga classes and hot yoga. A slow flow where you don't get very sweaty is not ideal. But if your asana practice is anything like mine, you'll love it. 🙌🏻💕 So go tell me where you meditate!
