COMING SOON: Just when it was feared that the legacy was erased forever… A Cartoon Network masterpiece that has been left unfinished… UNTIL NOW.
Be prepared for one last ride. The long-awaited 6th and final season for “Summer Camp Island” finally arrives, beginning July 31st.
Summer Camp Island will be back on Cartoon Network starting on June 5th, including Season 1 to Season 5.
Julia Pott has hinted in a tweet that there is a number that comes after five, suggesting that Season 6, infamously never put on HBO Max before the entire show was delisted, may be included in this deal as well. Cartoon Network did promise almost a year ago that it will air, so there's no reason to believe that won't be the case as of yet.
Take a number and wait until you’re called.
Get `em!
And the line is longer than what we see.
Any fans here want to share what they think of this? I know the petition to get the man responsible for the HBOMAX purge fired is taking too long but would this be better then the whole animation library being lost?
I don’t know if it will change matters so soon but it’s better then just letting it happen without a fight.
At least Summer Camp Island final season is safe everyone 💕
Zelda is right. Return the rights. They're taking off all this shit for tax purposes and so that they don't have to pay residuals but worse than that, for a great deal of projects, they also own the rights meaning these projects can never be available anywhere else.
I'd go a step further: Once a piece of media has been published, the public should have a right to access, meaning as soon as it's not being made widely available by the rights holder for a subsantial amount of time (say, half a year), it enters the public domain as abandoned media until the current rights holder chooses to make it commercially available again.

found out about the whole hbo max meltdown. just wanted to mention that all four seasons of infinity train are still up on Australian streaming service Stan. however it’s a region-locked service so it may not be useful to most people
it’s also got some of summer camp island (s1-3) and ok ko let’s be heroes (s3 only)
WB Discovery deciding to go full scorched earth is a great reminder that pirating media is always morally right.

At least some good news amidst all of this.
Man sucks that a lot of Cartoon Network shows are being Thanos snapped away like this :*(
