Oh man, I so wish. Having just finished rewatching season 5, I am convinced that it leaves them set up in the perfect place.
S3 Spellbound + Beast Within: The two of them see sides of themselves that they recognize in each other and bond over them, Beast Boy (after seasons of trying to understand her) accepts Raven just as she is.
S4 Prophecy arc: Beast Boy fully sees why Raven is who she is, Raven comes out of it with a future to look forward to for the first time in her life, everything isn’t as black and white as she always thought it was.
S5 Brotherhood arc: Meeting Beast Boy’s previous team shows Raven why he acts like he does, Beast Boy matures while closing the book on his childhood enemy, and moves on from the past in Things Change.
In other words, both of them are now at a place where they understand each other better than ever and are individually starting to look to the future and open up to new possibilities. I still think it would’ve taken them some time (I mean RobStar took 5 seasons and a movie), but the potential from there?? Man.
