With help from the Justice League, the Titans create equivalency courses and programs for Pre-K through Grade 12, since due to their various powers, abilities, and the nature of their lives & responsibilities they really can't get or complete their education normally without risking the safety of other students or the rest of the public.

It's mainly used by Titans to get their high school diploma, but they included Pre-K through to middle school for younger Titans, because even if they may not have to worry about villains showing up unannounced, they do have issues controlling their powers in general for long enough to get through a regular school day.

After confronting the Brotherhood of Evil, Beast Boy finally got a moped as both a "thank you" and an apology from Robin, who felt bad about not taking Beast Boy's warnings seriously but didn't know how to say it. When Ra’s set his sights on Batman as a possible heir, Slade fought him, lost, and was exiled from the league. Since his exile, he tried to make Robin his apprentice in hopes of getting revenge on Batman and then set his sights on Terra to use as a weapon powerful enough to take down Ra’s and the League for exiling him.

When Robin opened his briefcase at the end of Revved Up, he chose to trust his team with his secret identity. The other Titans were surprised he was Bruce Wayne’s adoptive son. Beast Boy asked for a moped shortly after with the argument, “Dude, you have like a bajillion dollars. Please?”

6450. In the suitcase (from Revved Up) was Robin’s parent's wedding bands, a old picture of The Flying Graysons before their first show, a picture of Dick and his new family (Bruce, Alfred, and Jason) before Jason died but after Dick left for Jump, Jason's favorite book, and a picture of Dick holding Tim Drake with Dick's parents, giving to him by Tim when Dick was asked to babysit the lonely Drake child.
