Amaama to inazuma
GENRES : slice of life, seinen, comedy
> Chara’ design : 8.5/10 – A silky and fluffy art style that is actually really nice because very neat and vibrant in its colours. There are few backgrounds but it’s to be expected in a slice of life.
> Soundtracks : 7/10 – I’ll be honest… I kinda always skipped the ending, not that it’s bad, I mean it’s nice and all but definitely overpowered by this catchy “kiss kiss opening” ahah.
> Storyline : 7.5/10 – I’m not much into food-focused anime, but the cooking theme serves a greater purpose which is the sweet relationship with a single father and his daughter : and that aspect is adorably touching and real.
> Overall : 8/10 – “Sweetness and lighting” : it for sure is a perfectly fitted title uh ! This episodic anime never fails to be cute but also manages to strike you with emotional moments … And for what I’ve heard it’s even more the case in the manga.
NB: I’ll update this when I finish the manga
Interviews With Monster Girls
Demi-chan wa Kataritai
Rating: 3/3
Categories: comedy, dub, fantasy, manga adaptation, monsters, monster girls, school, seinen, supernatural, vampire
Takahashi Tetsuo is a high school teacher who’s always been interested in learning about the lives of demi-humans but as they’re quite rare he’s never actually met one; that is until the new school year starts and he learns about the new demi-human students. Pretty much a scientific look into monsters starring cute girls.
