Sesame Workshop has been doing pride stuff since 2017. The Muppet Wiki has a nice list of stuff they've done:

Jim Henson supported his openly queer colleagues in the 1970s! The Muppet performer Richard Hunt was majorly influential on Sesame Street, the Muppet Show, and Fraggle Rock.

They also dumped Chick-fil-A in 2012 when CFA made their stance on gay marriage known.

It would be a dishonor to their memories for the Jim Henson Company to kowtow to queerphobic demands when their namesake always stood for diversity and acceptance of everyone, and it makes me proud to be a Muppet fan to see that insisted upon 💖🌈

No see, it’s not just the coming out itself.

It’s the fact that Luz looks so excited to come out to her mom. This was something she was looking forward to, like planning a nice surprise for someone you love.

This was actually the happiest we’ve seen her in a very long time. I’m talking like, pre-Hollow Mind.

Luz is not at all nervous about coming out, because she knows full well that Camila will be nothing but happy and supportive of her sexuality and her relationship.

But she still wanted to make a big thing of it, because that’s what coming out should be like.

There are so many people that dread the idea of coming out to their family, afraid of the reaction they’ll get.

So it’s nice to see that sometimes, you don’t need to be scared. You can be excited about coming out to your loved ones, because that is something to be excited about.

Coming out is something to be celebrated.

You guys have literally no idea how happy i am that current and future generations will grow up with depicting Gay and Straight couples in cartoons the same way, so that kids will see that there is nothing wrong with what gender the person you are in love has.

The Goofy Gophers Mac & Tosh from the looney tunes show have been confirmed to be a gay couple by their voice actors.

In the loud house the protagonist‘s best friend has two dad‘s and one of his sisters is bisexual and has a crush on a girl

Star vs. the forces of evil constantly depicts homosexual characters in the background and making it look normal and part of everday life as it should be. And i know this has nothing to do with romance but: let‘s be real y‘all Marco is definitly genderqueer/-fluid or even trans in one way or another, fucking fight me about it.

And don‘t get me started on OK KO let‘s be heroes! I mean cartoon networks you can call it “best friends“ and censor it all you want but Enid is a power bisexual getting over her ex girlfriend Elodie and Joff the Shaolin Monk and nick army are so fucking gay my own gay ass can‘t handle it! I mean seriously is apart from K.O‘s mom and gar anyone straight in that cartoon?

Look, I know Bojack Horseman does some things rather poorly (Ahem, hi Diane) but as a young lesbian, it made me so happy that they just had this older wlw couple of colour and it was so normalized. 

LOOOK AT THEM BEING HAPPY. 

Also, the eight dad polyamorous family with Hollyhock. Like, they just kinda grab LGBTQ+ representation and run as fast as they can with it and it’s really nice. Could they do it better? Probably. 

But how many shows have established, healthy, loving LGBTQ+ relationships just hanging out in the show without it being a huge deal? 

Not that many.
