Barnes and Noble, Amazon Books, and more list that "Gravity Falls: Don't Color This Book! It's Cursed!" by Emmy Cicierega ("DuckTales 2017", "The Owl House"), Stephanie Ramirez ("Star Vs. The Forces Of Evil","Big City Greens" franchise) and Alex Hirsch is getting a re-release slated for May 6, 2025.

The book got quietly discontinued in 2022

An Art of Amphibia Book is on development at Disney Publishing Worldwide, Disney Press, Disney Hyperion and a TBA publisher likely Dark Horse Comics.

This was recently revealed at Matt Braly's Livestream at Streamly, "The Art Of Amphibia" book becomes the third Disney Television Animation art-book on history after "The Art of DuckTales" (2022) and "The Disney Afternoon: The Making Of A Television Renaissance" (2024).

New details have merged from The Disney Afternoon: The Making of a Television Renaissance by Jake S. Friedman, Disney Publishing Worldwide And Disney Editions Deluxe slated to be part of Disney Television Animation’s 40th Anniversary and 100th Series debut on 2024 has given new updates in what to expect with the book.

Recently it was revealed that a new section on the book is named "THE NEWEST WAVE: Or Rewrite History", no idea what it is but based on the book's release i wouldn't bet that the section is a celebration to the current "Disney Afternoon" with the following lineup:

Matt Braly Working On New Amphibia Book At Disney Publishing Worldwide After “Marcy’s Journal” Sucess On Q4 2022 - Q1 2023.

Welcome To Amphibia, don’t get much crazier as the frog journey seems to continue in book form, recently journalist site The Gamer chatted with Matt Braly to reflect on the three parter- series finale of Amphibia (”The Beggining Of The End”, “All-In”, “The Hardest Thing”) where they discussed the release of Marcy’s Journal who turned to be a big hit for Disney Publishing Worldwide on Q4 2022 - Q1 2023.

During the Interview when asked if more books where planned, Matt Braly mentioned that indeed he’s working on a new book at Disney Publishing Worldwide.

Recently on January/February, Braly took on Twitter with a poll asking Amphibia fans what would like to see next:

The winner was indeed an Graphic Novel so probably we will get something akin to Gravity Falls: Lost Legends with the Amphibia franchise.

Disney Publishing Worldwide/Disney Manga in asssociation with Tokyo Pop have dated the upcoming Marcy Journal, the book will feature lore secrets of Amphibia and more as we dive in on Marcy’s POV during Amphibia’s Season 1 and more.

The book by Ken Plume will feature never before seen concept art,sketches, backgrounds and storyboards of the Disney XD Reboot with words by staff members and foreword by Matt Youngberg and Frank Angones.

The Book is slated for October 4th with a deluxe edition coming also the same day

Disney Publishing Worldwide, Disney Manga and Tokyo Pop are teaming up with Matt Braly and the Amphibia Crew to create the first official Amphibia Book in a style like Journal 3, The Secret Book Of Spells and Phineas And Ferb Guide To Life

Date is still TBA but probably will come out on 2023 and more info will be unveiled at D23 Expo 2022

The art will be provided by Disney Manga, The Amphibia Crew and Tokyo Pop, Tokyo Pop has been mostly know for it’s Manga Publishing of Disney IPs (Descendants,Toy Story, Cruella, Kingdom Hearts, Stitch) recently they are making a The Owl House Light Novel set to come out later this year.
