Today Disney Parks Experiences And Products had a panel about the creators of some of the experiences coming to Disneyland and Walt Disney World in honor of The Walt Disney Company’s 100 Anniversary.

During the Toontown refreshment which is a collaboration between Disney Television Animation and Walt Disney Imagineering details where given on the new land areas as well details on another collab that is Donald Duck’s Boat which is themed around DuckTales 2017.

Dark Horse Books and Disney Publishing Worldwide are teaming up to bring The Art Of DuckTales 2017 an art book which like the title implies is the first Disney Television Animation Art Book on the studio’s history over 38th years.

The book by Ken Plume will feature never before seen concept art,sketches, backgrounds and storyboards of the Disney XD Reboot with words by staff members and foreword by Matt Youngberg and Frank Angones.

The Book is slated for October 4th with a deluxe edition coming also the same day

Attractions Magazine Has Confirmed That DuckTales World Showcase Adventure’ Still Coming To Epcot

Fans of Scrooge McDuck, Donald Duck, Launchpad McQuack, Webby, and the nephews won’t have to worry, though – the Play Disney Parks-based experience is still coming to the park eventually.

A Disney spokesperson confirmed that while the timing of the interactive scavenger hunt has shifted, DuckTales WS is still planned for some point in the future

DuckTales Season 3 To Be Its Shows Last, Confirmed By Collider And SYFYWIRE Editor

For many weeks many DuckTales fans have been wondering if the show will get renewed for a fourth season, today we can finally put those fears down and sadly cry about it as Collider Editor Drew Taylor has put the thing that sadly some of us wanted.

This should come as no surprise for some fans as the show moved to Disney XD from Disney Channel and the show hasn’t gotten great ratings since the move and many of the crew has moved to some shows by Disney TVA, Netflix, Titmouse, Dreamworks TV etc..

We wish the crew and cast good luck on future projects, expect the final episodes to debut in 2021 

So i see disney has stuck to its rule of 3 for its tv shows. Can someone with any bit of sense move this to disney+ to give them an original THATS WORTH A DAMN BC THE DROUGHT BEYOND MANDO IS REAL RN

@didyouknowmagic Nope, it’s not that they’re sticking to their rule of 3, it’s that Disney XD is where shows go to die because Disney doesn’t care about them anymore for some reason. Every single animated show that gets moved to Disney XD takes a huge ratings hit because Disney XD isn’t widely available to everyone as Disney Channel is. You have to have satellite TV to be able to get Disney XD most people don’t have satellite because it costs too much or it’s just another expensive that people don’t want to pay for. Getting moved to Disney XD is basically a death sentence for any show just like when Nickelodeon moves their shows from their main channel to Nicktoons.

It’s really messed up that such a show like Ducktales gets canceled like that because of a channel switch. Disney + needs to get on this and give Ducktales another season. Maybe we will get more content when the spin off series Darkwing Duck premieres.
