When you can't decide which POV you want to write from and the concept of a coin flip becomes more and more reasonable the longer you consider it /hj
I was thinking about it and. If there is a good vs bad place to go after life. And I end up in the good place. I'm just going to put it out there.
Part of my reward for Not Sucking should be to be able to watch the disappointment wash over whoever ends up with my USB flash drive.
Because it just occurred to me how fucking curious I'd be if I found a USB stick sitting alone in a little box near the back of the closet that looked like this (the only place I trust myself not to forget it):
I can just picture my poor friends and family being like "They must be photos,,, memories that were dear enough to their heart to keep hidden away in the far back of the closet in a special box,,," only to plug it in and get a good 500k worth of Yu-Gi-Oh and Naruto fanfic I've written from age fucking 12.
When you think of a fun scene for your long fic but it requires so much damn build up. So you you're just sitting there like. Well this will be thrilling when I get to it in a few months.
My ideal tag combo to read BTW
Read this and went "Yeah no this is probably for me"
The pain of having to close out a fic and save it for tomorrow bc your damn ✨️flesh vessel✨️ needs ✨️subsistence✨️ and ✨️energy✨️ like yeah okay whatever universe fuck me then ig
Absolutely stupid realization I just came to that I find. So much funnier than it really is.
Blood types. As a concept. Low key sound like some shit you'd find in a soulmate au.
Like oh?? Different people have different blood types in their veins?? You can only take or give blood to those whom you're compatible with??? Their survival depends on that which you were fated with??? Okay buddy.
Me, clicking on a fic that has a horrific and depressing summary that promises nothing but sadness for my favorite character: Oh interesting, sad, but interesting
Me, two chapters in and impatient, trying to read through tears: stupid stupid hurt/comfort. It does not do it's job.
I'm so bad about keeping track of my chapter count with one fic in particular. Every time I get the urge to write more for it I'm like "Oh yeah I should add onto that one-shot" then I look and I apparently wrote and uploaded five chapters at some point
Pros of writing an Itachi-centric fanfic: I love Itachi Cons of writing an Itachi-centric fanfic: I have no clue how to write him
Note to self: Do not mention the moon phase or you will have to spend 20 minutes digging through the story to figure out how many nights have passed so you can accurately describe the sky’s lighting
Or at least keep track of the day count. It will help immensely.

I was talking about one of my stories and someone just told me I made Tobirama seem like a house-wife because I had him make himself and the child he’s raising breakfast. I’m sorry- what?
Does he cook for just himself? Fuck the six-year-old?
Does he only cook for the kid? He just starves so he doesn’t do something parental-like?
Does he not cook at all? They both just sit there hungry?
Does the kid cook him food? The fucking six-year-old is going to cook for the grown ass adult?
Fellas, is it manly to starve?
