Pico was sitting outside his house, absentmindedly lolling his serpent-looking lizard like tongue out. He always felt alone in this world. Yeah, he had M!Gf and M!Bf, but they weren’t him. They didn’t have to go through what he did.
He always wanted a pet reptile of his own, and eyed them with great pleasure and longing whenever he was at the pet-store. Whenever he would ask to adopt one, he was always torn down because of his appearance and people assuming he was a monster.
M!Gf walked over to him, hand in hand with her boyfriend; M!Bf. She frowned as she noticed how sad he was, and kneeled down next to him. “Are you alright? Did you try to get a pet again?” she asked in a soft, sympathetic voice.
He nodded slowly, sniffling a bit as he thought about the companion he could’ve had. She sighed and gently hugged him tightly, telling him it was gonna be okay, and that she would have a surprise for him later that night.
M!Bf and M!Gf began to devise a plan.

M!Gf was in all black with a spy mask, and so was her boyfriend as they drove up to the pet store after hours. They had gear to break in and bring an animal home with, specially a gecko or a reptile. They were gonna make sure Pico never felt alone again.
They picked the lock on the doors and walked in, M!Bf keeping a lookout while she crept in, scanning the area. She looked around for a bit until she noticed a bright green reptile in a cage by itself. She knew right away that that was the one she had to get for him.
She carefully retrieved it from the cage and put it in the tank she brought with her, closing the cage again and walking out with her boyfriend quiet as a mouse. She drove home with him, satisfied at their perfect heist.
The next day, M!Gf brought the reptile to Pico’s house with her boyfriend. Pico opened the door and invited them in. “Well, what is it?” he asked in a sad and slightly annoyed tone.
“Say hello to your new friend.” She smiled and set the tank down. He looked inside and went quiet, not saying a word and just looking at the gecko. He eventually looked up at her and smiled probably the biggest hes smiled in a while, maybe ever, happy tears down his face.
“He’s beautiful. Thank you.”
