You know, this argument works for gay marriage, or for contraceptives, but for abortion?
No.
Abortion is murder. It isn’t against my personal beliefs - it is a crime against mankind. All of us. Is there really a difference between someone in the womb and someone who just left the womb? Aren’t they, physically, the same thing? So why is it legal to kill the person in the womb, and yet doctors but the person who left the womb in incubators, and take care of it.
There’s a much better alternative to abortion. It’s called adoption.
Especially if you’re in New England, and you’re considering an abortion, look up the “Safe Haven” act. It allows you to give your baby to a hospital, church, police station or fire station, and they are legally bound to find the baby a good home. It doesn’t cost anything, and you can stay completely anonymous.
Please, consider letting your child live, instead of killing him or her.
