Sometimes depression is not showering. Sometimes it's too many showers. Sometimes it's not sleeping, or sleeping too much. Overeating, not eating enough. There's no specific way to have depression. You just, have it. And unless you have it, you will never understand why someone sleeps all day and all night, or why they'll only eat certain foods, or why they don't change out of their sweatpants. Or why they choose to harm themselves. Depression just, happens. There's no way to tell a person if their depression is valid or not. You can't decide that for them. And that's just how it is. 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
