The trailer for Entropy Plague and the synopsis on the Big Finish website for it give the same hint in different ways and I'm pretty sure it's easy to guess how it ends, unless they're tricking us. Ugh please don't be so predictable.
Extra features on Big Finish stories give me life. I love hearing insights into how the actors play the characters, or what inspired certain stories, random tidbits about TV stories, etc.
Mark Strickson has a 5 year old son. Woah.
I expected more Scherzo jokes today. Big FInish fandom I am ashamed.
But I still love you
(love you)
LOVE YOU
I waited months to rp Turlough/Deela feels. It was worth it.
WOAH I'm watching Impossible Astronaut and the Doc says that going to the year 1483 is full of glitches. I went to look up that year in DW and that's the year that Kingmaker takes place, which my friend is listening to at the moment and talking to me about cuz I'm showing her 5th Doctor audios. I'm taking that as a minor reference to the audios because the TARDIS did indeed glitch in that year in that audio.
I want to listen to the Stargate audios (audiobooks?) especially for SG-1.
Mida Slike - Iris Wildthyme: Wildthyme at Large (via outofcontextbigfinish)
Apparently Iris Wildthyme likes running over dinosaurs.
the publisher of Iris Wildthyme's companion's books about his adventures, BFA IW 1x1
I want to RP him now. And Iris. Or maybe just do fics since I automatically like them both.
10 minutes into the first Iris Wildthyme adventure and I already am determined to listen to the whole series. Then maybe I'll be able to use my Iris Wildthyme rp blog properly. The Panda reminds me of Rigel on Farscape. Also: "kinky sex throughout space and time" lol yup totally gonna listen to the whole series.
Butcher of Brisbane, Eldrad Must Die, both so beautiful. I love you, Big Finish.
WOW hearing the special feature thing at the end of an audio, and I find it fascinating how different their normal voices are from their character voices. When they're in character, they sound (usually) close to their TV character, then much older in their normal voice.
Turlough, Big Finish Main Range "Kiss of Death"
Are the audios/etc. considered Classic Doctor Who?
I see posts saying stuff about the "classic who" fandom saying stuff about the audios, or explaining in jokes about classic Who and it talks about looms or something. So do the audios/etc. count as part of classic Who or are they separate? I know it's generally safe to assume that fans of the audios/etc. are fans of classic Who, since they're about classic Doctors, but you can't assume everyone who likes the classic show also likes the audios/etc.
Listening to "Gallifrey" 2-02. Romana trying to explain evolution to Leela, or at least why fruits are the way they are without some overworld overseer spirit or whatever. Leela and Romana don't belong in the wilderness together.
