Zim for sure didn't. He didn't shut up about a service dog for a second aaand the Tallests just got sick of it and picked a random pup from a dog shelter

Technically Zim had a service dog once before the Tallests adopted him, but he had a habit of dragging it into his shenanigans so. No service dog for him. Just Gir. Who, luckily, can endure his shit simply because he has already been through a lot and look at him! Good as new. Just green. And dumb. Still a good dog tho.
