RIP
Jon Stewart and Jessica Williams discussed catcalling on last night’s Daily Show. Click here to watch.
She continues to be on fucking point with her pieces.

Every year, this is one of the very few things about 9/11 that I will post/reblog.
It serves, not only as a reminder of what happened in 2001 (not that really any of us need to be reminded), but as a reminder to be thankful for the freedoms that we have, and a reminder of how we can come together as a nation to overcome tragedy.
"We’ve had an unendurable pain here. And I wanted to tell you why I grieve… but why I don’t despair…"
My thoughts and prayers are with those who were effected by this attack and the wars that followed.
Farewell, Heir Apparent
I don't know about you guys, but watching John Oliver this summer on The Daily Show was absolutely wonderful. He could not have been a better substitute for The Other Jon. I truly hope Regis Philbin didn't suck all the life out of him when he kissed him on the head, because I need much, much more of John Oliver in my life. Luckily, he has a stand-up show on Comedy Central to get me by. Enjoy:
John Oliver kicked off his guest-hosting stint on The Daily Show last night, and his fellow correspondents were there to offer plenty of encouraging words.

On last night’s Daily Show, Jon Stewart covered the 2013 NRA Convention, complete with a Yoda impression.
A-fucking-men.
Rachel Maddow, talking about Antonin Scalia’s reference of the Voting Rights Act continued renewal by Congress as part of a “perpetuation of racial entitlement.”
Jon Stewart never fails to look on the bright side.
Damn JS. Truer words never spoken.
