That once you're able to see yourself in a positive light despite the unfortunate events you've dealt with, you'll be able to look at your partner and see how much they love and care about you, that they won't reject you and your love.

-You do all the little exercises your therapist gives you and slowly start feeling the shift in between yourself, there are days were they bad memories and anxiety come back but you slowly are able to fight your way through the bad days and grow stronger on the better ones.
