I watched Ragnarok tonight for the 1,000th time and the ending was so perfect with Loki & Thor, then Thanos’ ship has to come into view.

I need a fan fic that gives us the fluffy ending we deserved:

1. THE HUG, for the love of all things holy, THE HUG!!!!

2. The Asgardians going to earth as planned, and Midgardians welcoming them into our world with open arms. And like, no wait *a fic is hatching* the Asgardians teaching us stuff and making humanity better. And of course Loki realizing Midgardians fucking love him and maybe even give a parade in his honour or something. But either way, Loki realizes he’s loved and maybe he gets mobbed everywhere he goes before he has a million fans.

Yesss hatch that fic! I would love to read it. If only the beginning of IW had been Thor convincing the other Avengers to welcome Loki back to Earth 💚

Although of course the Avengers - especially Tony - would be super against Loki staying on Earth at first. Then Bruce would step forward and, much to everyone’s complete surprise, back up Thor in telling them about how Loki redeemed himself. There would be A LOT of arguing, but the imminent threat of Thanos would mean that they’d agree to let Loki stay at least for now. And then obviously he’d prove himself absolutely indispensable to the team, and charm pretty much every female agent who crosses his path (making nice with Natasha as well) in a way that makes Tony slightly jealous.
