Setup a behavior tree for NPCs, and still working on a pathfinding based on A* in real time. Godot has a few limitations when it comes to dynamic navigation. If anyone has a better solution please let me know.
Today I've started the inventory system, based on Earthbound and Stardew Valley/Terraria ofc. I worked more on the game design document though.
oblique perspective building
I took a one week "vacation" and my wife told me to rest, so I created a state machine that works with generated characters in 8 directions and also an oblique perspective z-sorter.
Traits are glitchy but it's just bad folder organization.
