Headcanon C: heart-crushing and awful, but fun to inflict on friends: is really clingy due to having no friends and barely any family around, but gets taken aback and shaky if it's reciprocated without giving him the sign their gonna give him some back.

ugh, okay. Unfollowing. I was a fan of their organization’s fancy dress code but I didn’t know they were kidnapping inmates and forcibly experimenting on them to have elemental powers or cuffs turning into weapons :/
i was gonna do this with building thirteen but i wasn’t 100% sure on how many of these would fit the building so i went with the second largest casted building.
