Not to be Anthony Fantano and not to yuck other people's yum, but I just finished listening to SOPHIE's posthumous album and I found it to be really boring. I appreciate wanting to bring life to SOPHIE's unfinished works, but no one can create the kinds of soundscapes SOPHIE could when she was alive. And most of the features on the album were so forgettable, like you couldn't have gotten Arca? Shygirl I thought would've for sure been a feature, but she was missing too. Kero Kero Bonito? CHARLI XCX WAS LITERALLY RIGHT THERE, IT WOULD'VE BEEN PERFECT. But at least some of SOPHIE's influence will be heard by new listeners and inspire more artists to make challenging art that goes against the grain like she did.

Tracks I liked were: Intro (The Full Horror), Do You Wanna Be Alive, Elegance, Gallop, and Love Me Off Earth

This track in NOT a Drake diss or at least not exclusively, it's the prelude to whatever he's about to do to the industry next.

Sooo Taylor Swift released ANOTHER variant of The Tortured Poets Department. Normally, the song "thanK you aIMee" is stylised like that to spell out KIM, because the song is aimed at Kim K, over the Famous music drama between her, Taylor and Kanye. But for THIS variant, it's stylised "thank You aimEe" to spell out YE. Because that's Kanye's legal name. The timing of it all is just a bit piss poor I think.

Someone needs to say it: The "Heaven is actually bad" plot line that Hazbin is based around is useless when you spend more then 2 minutes thinking about Vivzie's Hell and her characters.

Besides it being much too early for this idea, the revelation that Heaven or at least the beings running it aren't good people has little to no impact when the people who are being harmed by this are all horrible people. Stay with me here. None of these people are people who were unfairly brought into hell and we are never ever introduced to someone who was either. Why should we care that Heaven is "evil" and blocking redemption when all the sinners in hell we see are the worst of the worst who would have never gotten in even if it was fair.
