1. I was told to Kms on multiple occasions when I was bullied by my whole class (literally). I recently told this to my dad (first time saying this to any of my parents) and he told me I should "get over it" and "aren't you making it up?"
2. Speaking of making shit up. I was gaslit all my life about everything. And since I have shit memory (trauma) I could never stand up for myself. I was recording every phone call from my mom for a bit because otherwise I thought she would never believe me when I said she did/said something. All the recordings are gone tho
3. My mom says she "needs" to scream at me while I'm having a panic attack and then screams at me when I don't go to her when I have one
Actually I got triggered writing this so gtg cry. Yep, shitty life, Will maybe write some more some other time
