hi friends 💗 I decided to create a new fic blog - @gnatromanoff ! hope to see whoever is still active here there ☺️
Yelena doesn’t believe it. She can’t.
“Where is this magic cliff?” Yelena asks, and Nebula seems to already understand where this is going.
“There’s nothing there. The planet is uninhabitable,” Nebula says. “Trust me.”
“But—but what if now that the Soul Stone is gone, the trades could be undone?” Yelena’s sure she sounds desperate, and she knows she’s grasping at straws, but— “What if we could find something there that could bring them back?”
“That’s not how this works.”
“But how do you know?”
Nebula shakes her head with a frustrated scowl, turning away. “You’re just like Nat. So stubborn.”
–
After Yelena discovers she is not the only one to have lost her older sister in a very specific way, she reaches out to Nebula for answers. Unsatisfied with what information Nebula has to offer, Yelena convinces her to take her to Vormir, where it turns out there may be a way to bring their sisters back after all.
not sure if any starmora besties still follow this blog, but thought i’d rb this fic from my new(ish) writing blog to show i’ve moved!
ayo given recent events should i revive this blog and finally finish all the starmora prompts in my inbox from 5 years ago
might fuck around and update a fic I abandoned almost 5 years ago on ffn 🤫
Since fanfic is OBVIOUSLY the best way to overcome the pain of a canon where everyone dies...what are the best Infinity War fix-it fics you’ve read? (Actually, screw it, canon compliant ones are fine too, because we are all secretly somewhat addicted to sadness.)
YES, fanfiction is the only true cure! ;)
There HAVE been so many great fix-it fics, and I have a handful of new bookmarks that fit that category (and some that aren’t quite “fix-it” but are Infinity-War related, or post-IW recovery, if that counts, because you’re right, we have an unhealthy need to make ourselves cry :P).
- Keep the Car Running by enigma731 and invisibledaemon (DUH!)
- Reality by spacefemme
- Swear to Me by unfolded73 (A missing / extended scene short piece)
I hope all of the links work, and that these fill your need to sob! Not all of them are fix-its, some are very much angst and grief, but hey, sometimes we need to indulge in that.
Thanks for the kind message and asking my opinion! Happy reading! ^_^
ty for the rec!!! ☺️❤️
bisexualgamora replied to your post “last line tag game”
HDHHDNDHDHDH NO THE LAST PARAGRAPH OF MY WIP WAS GARBAGE IT WILL NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY
LAAAAAAAAAME
last line tag game
oooooh hellooooo this is adorable!!! i was tagged by @bevioletskies and @grootiez!!!!!
rules: post the last line of your work-in-progress, and tag as many people as there are words in the sentence.
uhhhhh i used a long ass excerpt bc just one sentence didn’t make sense out of context so i’m gonna lowkey ignore the rules and just throw up some random tags: @bisexualgamora @thegreenwomanswalkman and uhhh whoever else iDK I CAN’T THINK OF ANYONE ELSE BC EVERYONE ELSE HAS ALREADY BEEN TAGGED SOS
Gamora tries not to think of all the past Nebulas who had to grieve her death all over again—losing Gamora after finding her alive on Vormir. She resets the same game each time rather than abandoning it for a new board entirely, meaning the Nebula before her now is the same Nebula who’s lost to Thanos hundreds of times, though she doesn’t (shouldn’t) remember it.
“Try to be optimistic,” Gamora says finally, placing a hand on Nebula’s shoulder. “We can win.”
(They don’t—not in this game, at least.)
BOOKWYRM // a simple bookshelf page for book lovers!
preview + code
some things:
- sidebar with some links + link to your goodreads
- scrollable boxes with room for synopsis/reviews
- star ratings
- accent colors
- some html knowledge required
- directions in code!
- please don’t remove credit links <3
made this after coming across a couple of bookshelf pages that were a little buggy. decided to just make my own! colorpicker.com is a great resource if you want to change the colors - they’re all marked in the code so you can find them easily!
i’d appreciate it if you’d like or reblog if using! feel free to shoot me a message if you have any questions or something isn’t working right!
Hey guys! As a writer myself, it’s hard to have a lot of resources for writing in one place. That’s why I decided to create this masterpost, and maybe make more if I find future resources. I hope you like it, and expect to see more masterposts like this in the future!

Send “📂“ for a random yet completely useless headcanon I have
I’ve been bad at responding to comments on tumblr but thx for all the love on my recent b99 fics!! ☺️❤️ keep those prompts coming!!!
iggy linetti(-diaz)
so @cicinicole-14 sent me a short prompt list from which i selected “i asked you to babysit one time and now my child keeps asking when you will spend time with them again” and i swear i triiiiiiiied to follow it but this oneshot just. got away from me completely
anyway enjoy some domestic dianetti + iggy linetti that ends on a super heartfelt note that i need to see become canon !!!!
(charles and gina would totally tell this kid to call rosa “ro-ro” tbh this is basically canon)
((edit: alright idk what the absolute fuck happened to the formatting on mobile, so here’s the ao3 link for any mobile readers having problems !!!))
Iggy Linetti is six years old when her teacher tells her to make a list of her favorite things.
“Your favorite things can be anything—a toy, a game, a feeling, a person,” her teacher says, standing before the kindergarten class. “It can be whatever you want.”
There are supposed to be five things and Iggy has to write them down all by herself. It’s kind of a big deal. And Iggy likes to point out big deals, just like her mommy likes to do, to show other people how special she is.
So, she tells Ro-Ro when she walks her home from school.
“That is a big deal,” Ro-Ro says, with big eyes and a kind smile that her mommy said are really rare! It makes Iggy feel even more special. “Good thing you’re a good writer.”
“Really?” Iggy asks, swinging her and Ro-Ro’s interconnected hands between them as the sun passes behind one of the tall buildings across the street.
“Your letter assignments always look neat,” Ro-Ro says. “From ‘A’ to ‘Z.’”
It’s in that moment, with a warm pride blossoming in her chest, that Iggy decides Ro-Ro is definitely one of her favorite things.
"tell me" with peraltiago for the prompt meme!
rip another super old prompt but that wedding last night got me #hyped let’s goooo
anyway, tw for mentions of biphobia/homophobia ahead. hope u guys enjoy!!!
Amy will always remember the day Jake came out to her.
It’d been hot on the heels of Rosa’s own coming out to thesquad, as he tried to help her navigate a complicated sea of emotions with herparents. He came home tired, stressed, and emotionally drained, plopping face downon the couch and groaning into the cushions with his feet in Amy’s lap.
When she finally goaded him into sitting up, they begantalking about other coming out horror stories they’d heard, about people theypersonally knew and people they’d never met before, about sexuality andexploration and questioning and then it just slipped out—
“Ames, I think…I think I’m also bi.”
Jake held his breath and watched her face carefully, so Amycupped his cheek with her hand and smiled, because she’d always had a feeling, and she held him close.
“Is that okay?” he asked, despite the clear message ofapproval in her body language, and her smile widened.
“Of course it is,” she said. “It’s who you are. And I love who you are.”
“I love you, too,” he said, and they kissed, triggering boththe familiar electricity to course through her veins and a new cloud ofuncertainty to hang over her head.
Amy will always remember the day Jake came out to her, because it’s the day she came back out to herself.
