then like a curtain the clouds rolled in.
too bad we did not get to do some stargazing, as mauna kea is one of the best spots on this planet to watch the night sky (due to the high elevation and lack of light/air pollution on hawaii, the earth’s most secluded archipelago).
i guess that would’ve been too much beauty to take in on a single day anyways, mh?

fort funston. southwest san francisco. so close to home, yet we discovered this awesome strech of coastline just now. the vistats are beyond beautiful, and the fog created a very echanted mood. i adore the colors of the dune's succulents. we'll be back when the sun shines, the setting would make an awesome backdrop for a lovely sunny day at the beach, too!
