this is probably a really awkward question, so i apologize just in case, but i was curious if you could point me to tutorials that would help me make a graphic similar to "i(.)imgur(.)com/TozuXMy(.)gif"? when i put actions on my gifs ( so when i change the gif from"frame animation" to "timeline") the loop count is at once so if i post the gif i will see it only one time.how can i change the loop count from the timeline (sorry but i don't know how to explain it well) please help me thank you so much
right before you save the gif, (when you go file>>save to the web) change those settings from ‘once’ to forever ^_^
How do you sharpen the white noise in gifs? I can't find any way to do it. I have sharpening actions but they don't get rid of the white noise. Please help? x

select the first layer, hold down shift and select the last one! :)

Unless you're using a special template yes that's how, one by one.
I don't know why but sometimes when I'm taking screencaps with kmplayer it looks like everything is working normally but then when i open them on photoshop and make a gif out of it some parts of the scenes look weird, like the whole scene wasn't captured, these specific parts move REALLY fast. Do you know what I can do to fix this?
Some motion movements are fast in original video already and when your kmplayer settings are set to "Every #3 frame" (under 'Frames to extract') it may skip fast motion scenes and make it look a lot faster than it really is, so I suggest you to change "Every #3 frame" to either "Every frame" or "Every #2 frame" and adjust speed delay so that it doesn't look/move too fast.
Note: If there was no fast motion in the video yet some scenes still weren't captured, it could be because your kmplayer froze (?); I had this problem before, it would freeze and stop capturing for few seconds, then go back to normal. I'm not sure how to fix that thought, in my case it started working normally after I reinstalled windows because my PC had a problem, but I don't know what it could be in your case, it could just be that you have too many things open at the same time when you're making screencaps (?)..

find a brush that looks like that here, make a new layer and draw with the brush on it and set blend mode on multiply :)

ok so ive been having this problem for awhile now and its really annoying. so when i make my gifs i add an action then i add a psd then i go on to the subtitle, this is where the problem is, i add the text and when i go to save it it adds an extra layer which is transparent and it has the text on it and i can not find any way to delete it or bypass it, please help thank you
umm u mean with animation timeline thingy?.. i had that problem too but i currently dont have extended version of ps so i cant show you how to do it but if i remember correctly on the timeline you have to select the end of the subtitles line (which should be above the gif scenery line) and drag it to the left where the gif itself ends so that subtitles's time wont be set for longer time period than giffed scene (sorry for the horrible explanation T_T)

i made a gif from photoshop and the size is 245/245 and i based it off one of your tutorials, but when i upload it to tumblr it's very blurry… is there something i'm doing wrong or is it just bc it's a small gif?
if u want just one gif make it 500px if photoset with two rows then 245px
