Hey there! I'm planning to do a 'Weaving Wonderful Writers.' I am putting together an appreciation post, a shoutout to wonderful writers like you. 'Coz, you bloody deserve it!
Also, from Navy's All Tricks No Treats:
🍭 - Ask a creator about one of their favorite creations.
And, if you were to pick one of your favorite stories near and dear to you, are you okay with me mentioning you and your fav fic in the 'Weaving Wonderful Writers' post?
I'm fairly new to the Tumblr block, and I've done more writing than reading. I thought this would be a good start for me to read and simultaneously share your work for others to enjoy. :)
Oh my goodness. Thank you for patiently waiting for me to come back around to Tumblr to answer this. I took a much needed (and not quite over) social media break. Yes I would love if you mention me and my favorite fic in a Weaving Wonderful Writers post! I am honored. Please and Thank you.
But you want me to pick just one story I have written? Just one? That’s like asking me to pick just one child.... That’s hard.
Ok I’m gonna go this route, if you are ok with an unfinished series I would have to answer Blinded by the Fog. Hands down my favorite story I have told, and I am currently working on Chapter 10 right now. But if you want just a stand alone story The Hidden Sun (chapter 1), [which was meant to be a stand alone but then Reader got horny for Walter Marshall and made me do a chapter 2 and a chapter 3 is in the works.]
I love Blinded because I am seamlessly weaving the stories of Jake Jensen and Captain Syverson into one tale. They both are in the US Special Forces and although Jake had a piece of my pussy heart first, Sy wormed his way in as well. Being able to play in a world where both these men exist, building their backstories and their stories with Reader has been a labor of love. And I have readers who are as madly in love with it as I am. Not only have I written 10 chapters, but I have over a dozen drabbles done and twice in my WIPs (the Master Document for this series has over 50 pages of unseen stuff in it at this point )
The Hidden Sun was a one shot that came to me one day, and I fell in love with it as soon as I was done with it. I feel like Walter Marshall would be awkward with women, but at the same time protective as hell of all the women around him, regardless of their relationship with him. And as a strong independent woman, I would likely swoon at a man like Walter coming to my aid like he does Reader in that story.
Again, thank you for asking about my writing! I am flattered. And I feel inspired to get back to Chapter 10 of Blinded right now. thank you mostly for that. :green_heart:
