You see how he acts around Constructicons. He doesn't like them, but he doesn't hate them either.

They can fuse, unlike you. The Constructicons work like a well-oiled machine when they fuse together into Devastator, where you could barely hold the fusion with Prowl.

He favors them over you and why wouldn't he? He had the power over them, they had fused and saw into Prowl's mind. They liked what they saw and Prowl gained powerful friends slash weapons.

You accepted Prowl like they did, so why did he avoid you so much? Were you that hideous to look at or spend time with? Did he blame you for not being able to hold the fusion?

You wouldn't blame him, but the more you tried to gain his approval the more it hurt. No matter what you did, he acted like you never existed.

You realize it was never you. You weren't the fusion's weak link. It was always Prowl.

'I think you're the loneliest person I've ever know.'

Ultra Magnus' words echoed in Prowl's mind. He grounded his denta together. How dare he say such a thing with Chromedome right beside him. He would show them, he would show them all!

"You want to do what?" You asked with your optics wild in surprise. Prowl's scowl deepened. "I want to fuse with you."

You just stared at your friend and a faint crush. You had suggested fusing to him in the past, but Prowl said it wasn't meant to be.

Yeah, he broke your spark, but now he suddenly came to you with this golden opportunity, and who were you to deny what your spark wanted?

"Is there a problem?" Prowl asked, his annoyance evident in the tone of his voice.

"N- No!" You shook your helm and smiled. "Let's do this."

You intertwined your hands and started this slow tango, though the pace was a little faster than it should be, you smiled through it. So when the light engulfed you two your bodies and minds became one.

"Oh, wow...!" The two of you gasped but it was your side that was amazed by your fusion.

"Alright, now that we're one we-!" Prowl's words turned into a low grumble as your fusion started to twist and untangle.

"W- What!?" You both cried out. Your fusion was unstable. Something wasn't right and just like that, you two became undone and were hurled apart.

You hit the ground and groaned. Never before had your fusion come undone like that. You turned to look at Prowl but the mech was already on his pedes.

"A...failure...!" He grumbled quietly by himself but you could hear some parts of his speech.

"P-Prowl-!" You cried out and he shot you a glare. "Don't speak to me! Obviously, we aren't in harmony."

"What can I do Prowl?!" You cried out desperately but the white mech turned his back to you.

"You've done enough." He said before he transformed and took off. You watched after him as tears rose to your optics. Your fusion was an unstable failure and it must have been because of you because you knew Prowl was perfect. Right?

"You want to try what, my lord?" You ask as you look at Drift before you. The mech smiles and carefully takes your hand like you were made of finest glass.

"I would like to try fusing with you." He said and you blinked. Why would your lord want to fuse with little plain pearl like you?

"My lord-"

"Please Pearl." Drift interrupted you with a gentle tap on the shoulder, "Call me Drift."

How bold! To call your lord that your Diamond had given you to by his name? But if he insisted then who were you to deny his orders?

"Drift...?" The name sounded almost foreign for you to say out loud.

"Why would you want to fuse with me? Certainly you would be more pleased with a Jasper or a Sapphire?"

"But I want to fuse with you." He said and you frowned. He continued, "When you told me how amazing it is to fuse with someone you care about, I knew I wanted to experience that with you."

"But my lo- Drift!" You quickly corrected yourself. "I'm just a pearl, meant to serve you."

"You're my friend and I want to give you freedom to do what you want." Drift said, "So if you don't want to fuse with me then it's alright."

"It's..." You frowned, "It's not like I don't want to. I'm... Scared."

A silence fell between you two... Until Drift leaned in and pecked the top of your head.

"Pearl, as long as I keep being, I want you to feel free. I won't force you or pressure you, I just want to know you better."

You swallowed. No one had been so kind to you as Drift was. The mech looked at you with such a tender blue optics so you swallowed your fears and took his hand.

"Alright. Let's try it."

Drift's smile rivaled the sun and he took your hand and gently lead you and you gracefully followed his each twist and twirl until the light devoured you two and you two became one.

"Oh, wow...!" You and Drift gasped together as you looked down on your dark black from.

"What are we exactly...?" You both wondered and just like magic, the answer came to you. You had turned into black goldstone. A fitting gem for a mech as kind as Drift and dark as your skin.

"How do you feel?" You asked from yourself and the answer was quick. "Like I'm one with my best friend. And I love it."

You and Drift, now Goldstone smiled.

It becomes your life mission to match each Autobot with a Gem that matches their personality and shares similarities with them.

One of you shouts that Rung is the ultimate Pearl for he is the Orange Pearl when another one goes that if Rung is anything then he is a Diamond!

But then one of you figures it out! Rung is a Diamond like Pink Diamond, but only he appears as Pearl!

Meanwhile Rung smiles that you all think so highly of him and he isn't shy to tell you all that. It makes you all smile, but your fight only turns more complicated when someone suggests that perhaps Rung would be a Fusion!

It starts off innocently. Just like everything else. You and Scavengers, the trash of the universe that no one wanted, were just blowing off some steam. You know, a healthy way to cope with your frustration and feelings? But then things took an ugly turn and now no one was safe.

You run around the corner and press your body against the wall, hoping your chaser doesn’t notice you. Lucky for you, Fulcrum runs straight past you. You sigh, but you can’t afford to be relieved yet. The battle was on and no one was backing down.

You gather your things, mainly your gun and make a run for it when someone snatches you from the ground.

“What the–! Misfire!” You whisper and the con makes a shush gesture to you. You smile, he was on your side on this ugly battle where you tried to take over the ship. You look behind him, but you don’t see Grimlock.

“Where’s the dinobot?”

“Big guy got caught…!” Misfire admitted and you tensed. He continued. “They surrounded us and Grimlock sacrificed himself so I could run but I don’t think they shot him yet! They took him to a common area.”

“So there is still a chance that we can save him and win the battle.” You said and Misfire nodded, looking ever-so-hopeful and excited. “We’re getting the big guy out and take over this ship!”

The con leaned down to put you on the ground and you turned to him dead seriously. “We can’t do it by ourselves Misfire.” You said dead seriously and the con’s optics widened before a smile broke down on his face.

“Amethyst…! Are you suggesting that we–!”

“It’s the only way to save Grimlock and take over the ship.” You say as you put your gun back into your gem on your palm and offer the said hand to Misfire. The con smiled and grasped your hand in his, twirling you so your wild pastel purple hair twirled with you like a shield and you threw yourself into his hands. Blinding light took over you two and when you opened your eyes you were one. 

“Aaaw, frag yeah, make way to Ametrine!” You two cheered and shared a fist pump with your four arms and pulling guns out of your gem in your upper hand. Each arm armed, you made your way to the common area where your friend was being held.

“Wait, if we just barge in they’re gonna see us coming!” You two figured out loud. Then you noticed the vents. “We could use the wents and drop on them! Great idea!” You cheered and climbed into the vent.

The vents were dusty and dark and not to mention small. Luckily Ametrine wasn’t afraid of tight spaces. You continued until you heard the voices. They were right below you. You checked you got your guns and blasted your way out of the vents!

“Eat bullets you sickos!” You yelled as you shot in every direction with your arms, 360 it and whatnot, your head twirling around to see where you were shooting at. You shot until there wasn’t anything to shoot anymore, you were out of pullets. You panted hard when you were done, but a gun went off and you shouted. They got your straight to the head.

“H– How…?” You croaked out as you fell on the ground, succumbing to your mortal wound as your fusion came undone. Krok, Crankcase, Fulcrum, and Spinister came from behind the couch and Krok tch’ed at you.

“Even as fusion you two suck at aiming.” The tactician said and you pouted. “Don’t look at me, Ametrine got it from their Cybertronian part!”

Misfire took a double look at you. “You betrayer.” He said and turned towards the rest of the crew. “Where’s Grimlock? What did you do to him!?”

“We threw him a cube of energon and put him in your room.” Fulcrum said and Misfire relaxed immediately. “Oh, okay.” He looked at his friends and then glanced at you. “Another round of Shoot Shoot Bang Bang?”

You smiled. “Bring it nerds.”

I think you’re an Amethyst!

You aren’t tall or as strong like many other Amethysts but you cover all that with your colorful personality. You may see yourself like a male and it comes easy to you because Amethyst’s are natural shapeshifters so you can take more masculine form if you wish so. You are far from being as tall and strong as regular Amethyst but you have such a personality that it doesn’t matter if you aren’t as tall as others.

Amethysts are naturally fun-loving gems and so are you. You don’t need to fight, you might give off that kind of vibe because you’re protective, but truly you would avoid fight until the end. You don’t want to hurt anyone and cause bad to anyone.

Freckles and short Auburn hair (though I like to dye it other colors whenever I'm feeling particularly stressed). Kind of on the chubby side.  I have a desire to be affectionate/nurturing towards everyone? But due to some childhood trauma, I'm constantly afraid that I'm bothering people, so I also have a tendency to shut down/isolate myself before I accidentally annoy anyone (I'm working on getting better about this). I like to draw, listen to music, read, and watch movies in my spare time.

Jasper is a very independent Gem and it shows on their power to accomplish simple things easily. But since you see as yourself as a transmale and all Gems are pronounced as females that makes you different from rest of the Gems and an outcast. This is not necessarily a bad thing because it opens so many doors for you

You enjoy simple things such as cooking, even if you don’t need to eat, you’re just happy to cook for the people or Gems you love. Art comes in many forms and you enjoy art lessons or being the model of the current lesson.

You can laze around all you want, you’re much like Amethyst but people just expect more from you, but you’re in no hurry to fulfill their expectations of you. Just, go with your own float, no one is stopping you from stopping and smelling the flowers.

Amethysts are generally warriors, but they are also very carefree and fun-loving Gems. Amethysts enjoy many wonders the world has to show them and you are one of those rare ones who get to experience Earth’s seas and sun’s cycles.

Amethysts are generally very energetic Gems so this Gem suits you well if you dare to compare yourself to a dog. Plus, Amethysts are very talented shapeshifters so you can always change into a dog if you want to. You can be lazy also, Amethysts are the most easygoing Gems of all the Gems.

“You wanna try what?” You ask like you didn’t hear in the first time. Brainstorm is basically vibrating in his armor, he is that excited. “I wanna try fusing with you!”

You try your hardest not to let the feelings you’re having cloud your decision-making abilities. It would be highly preposterous of you. You instead grimace and give him a very awkward shrug. Nailed it.

“What brings the idea of fusion to you?” You decide to ask as if you wouldn’t by far be already able to tell what goes in his mind. He is highly predictable and also a massive mystery. Every move he makes in this life of chess is highly unpredictable.

“I want to research it myself! Have you ever gotten a chance to study fusion?! Be a part of it?! It’s once in a lifetime opportunity!” He says and you scoff. Poor Brainstorm, you already saw through that motive and move. You’re gonna move your Soldier and eat his hopes up.

“I’m sorry to disappoint you, my colleague, but I have never fused with anyone nor do I intend to.” You tell him. His wings droop as does his excitement. He actually looks like a kicked puppy and you almost regret informing him that you don’t do fusions.

“But... I thought all gems could fuse?”

“We can, but only if the level of trust between fusing gems and feelings are mutual. I have, never, had one I trust enough or feel close enough to fuse with.” You tell him and he looks hurt. Why? What is his strategy?

“Not even me?”

Oh, that’s playing it dirty! You scoff and look away. “It’s not like I don’t trust you. So far you have shown to be more capable than any other Cybertronian I’ve met so far and you show abnormally high levels of intelligent. Which I can return towards you.”

“So. You think I’m hot stuff?” He asks and he must have driven your King in the corner because you flinch immediately, embarrassed by what you said without thinking further your moves and motives. You sputter a few words here and there and he has guts to look smug and... Happy by revelation.

“Peri, I would love to try fusing with you for science, but an even bigger mystery to me is how you feel.” The bigger mech admitted and you could tell that underneath his mask he was smiling by how his yellow optics twinkled.

How you feel? That’s preposterous, you can tell him how you feel completely by yourself and what have you told about mispronouncing your name like that?!

“I’ve told you, my name isn’t ‘Peri’! It’s-!”

“Peridot Facet-1F6L Cut-4XQ. I remember. I remember everything you’ve ever told me.” He said and you were taken aback by this revelation. Everything?

“Everything?” You ask and Brainstorm’s wings wobble a little like when he is happy. “Remember when you had to give away your Limb Enchanters for WHOLE HOUR so that we could make sure there weren’t any hidden guns?”

You grimaced at the memory. A moment of life that felt like living Hell. Not only was it humiliating to be brought to your ultimate form but they also found all your guns. You had to be safe with a ship full of mechs so much larger than you!

“So... Do you trust me?” He asked and offered his hand to you. You grimaced at the question and looked at his hand long and hard, just like it would try to shatter you. But... Did you trust him?

He wasn’t the bravest bot you have seen, but he is by far intellectually superior to rest of the mechs like Rodimus for example. You can’t understand how a mech can’t understand when you tell him it’s physically impossible to do a backflip from his chair.

So, you had that common with Brainstorm. He was the only intellectual beside you and you felt most comfortable with him around. And so far, you could tell he holds some form of respect towards you. So with a defeated sigh, you place your hand over his and let him lead you.

The dance... Is actually pretty nice. Until he tries to dip you and you actually flip around like a ragdoll. You shoot him a glare and he actually looks sheepish and sorry. You go beyond your trust on him and let him attempt a dance again.

He leads slowly, carefully like you’re made of the finest glass and while it’s true that he could kill you with a fine blow to your crystal in your upper back, he wouldn’t do it to you. You can understand that as you look up at him and he is looking down at you so lovingly you almost feel like blushing.

“You enjoying this?” He asks suddenly and you get flustered even more and babble excuses but he silences you with a couple words. “You’re blushing.”

Well damned be you and your traitorous body. It just wouldn’t follow the rules your mind had set for it. But when Brainstorm smiles at you like that you can’t help but blush harder.

“Green looks good on you.” He admits as he goes for a dip and this time he nails it and you’re officially done. A blinding light forms between you two as your bodies and minds become one and next time you open your eyes it’s not you anymore. It’s you and Brainstorm.

“Oh, Primus and Diamond! We did it!” You two holler together and run up to the closest clear surface to take a look at yourself. You’re huge, Brainstorm huge, but the paint job is green now where it was white and you two still have the mask, but now you also got the eye guards you got covering your eyes from any harm.

But there is something more than just your appearance. It’s your minds that are one and you’re almost torn apart by the love you feel him holding for you. There is a longing there also, just like lost love, but it doesn’t feel bad. It feels intimate.

“We have to show this to everyone!”

Of course, even you could agree with that.

W- whaa?! Me!? I’m nothing special really, but if you guys want I can give it a try? But, I really don’t know Steven all that well. I have seen only a couple episodes here and there and most of my knowledge comes from Youtube clips.

I know that @imababblekat does Steven Universe crossover, but her requests are currently closed so don’t bother asking her until her requests open again. She has done couple things with Reader as a Diamond in TF Universe and honestly, I liked those a lot.

Like, I could do things and requests like those with Reader as a Diamond, Pearl, Fusion or something else, but I don’t know if I’m 100 okay to write about Steven meeting new aliens. He... He is so pure, I can’t handle him...!

But sure, why the heck not. With these things in mind, go ahead and shoot me and ask or two. Heck, maybe someday I will match people with gems! Probably not, but that thought lives now in all of us.

That would be a fun idea to explore, though we have seen that when combiners are combined together they seem to share their mind. Like, alright, I’ll admit now, I’m a huge Steven Universe nerd, I just need my own fucking Gem Persona and I’m SET, but I used the --- SPOILERS --- scene where Garnet splits into Sapphire and Ruby after they have a disagreement about Pearl tricking Garnet into fusing with her.

You know, this was when Peridot was still evil and tall. The time they were hunting her down on Earth. At least that’s what I remember from those few episodes I got to watch when I still had Cartoon Network...! I was thinking this scene where they unfuse to use as my combiners coming loose.

Like, they’re so overcharged that some can’t hold the fusion up any longer and they come undone. Until then, they have probably been sharing their mind like gems and such would do so there wouldn’t be a need for them to speak by themselves until the disagreement or conflict rises between the bots or gems.
